US Open Carnage in HB

I barely touched my digi-cam, so this is all I have for now. Just think of the B&W film destruction coming whenever I get my film back...

It's hard to explain how this event has gotten more intense over the years. But somehow each year it gets more weird. This years new trend: Teenage communication via "Body Art."

Stopped in on a Vans signing at the Garage. The table points in the right direction.

The Grif Dog handing out beers to the team. Get wasted at the signing bros!

"Curren don't be a pussy, take this beer." -Griffin

Big Boy was at the signing too.

'Free Hugs' was a popular message.

The next day at the same store was our signing. Sunday at 12:00.

J-Lay back for more autograph giving.

Dan-Lu was prepared to handle business.

The craziness outside made for a strange crowd. A guy was on the street with a loudspeaker yelling. "The entire Toy Machine team is inside signing autographs!" 2 or 3 real fans came in by chance.

This guy was from Cape Town, South Africa, and this graphic of mine tattooed into his arm was his first board ever. That was pretty cool to see.

Then right at the end, the grand finale.

Later in the day I'm walking around, and I hear a siren go off. I look over and there is Johnny and his GF getting a J-Walking ticket! J-Lay busted J-Walking, classic.

At the "Hurley Graffiti Wall" drunk girls were getting 'tagged' by random strangers.
