Keegan Suader came over with Rick McCrank and pals, but decided to sleep...
in a hammock slung between two poles in my backyard instead of inside on the warm toasty couch.

I saw Keegan in a store I was working in last summer ( ok, he came in all the time for the Samosas... so did a lot of pros... this is in Vancouver). It was kind of funny. He strutted up the cashier, all confident... and she's a very pretty girl and all...she's got a great body, a beautiful face and an amazing personality. Afterwards I'm like "Hey, that guy is a pro skateboarder, he rips and probably make a decent living, you should go out with him". And she was like "Meh, he's short", and shrugged it off.
Conclusion?
1) I'm glad I'm tall.
2) Skateboarding is still just playing with toys in the eyes of the rest of the world.
Skate for fun! You'll never get anything else out of it otherwise.
