I was away in Catalina, but I'm back...
And not for long.
This is Deanna and me, with Deanna's brother Joe, his wife Kerrie, and our niece, Sophia at the Wrigley Memorial, a few miles east of Avalon. W.M. Wrigley is not even buried there.
This is an Acorn Woodpecker peeking at me from his nest in a palm tree. We saw a plethora of wildlife while there including Leopard shark, bat rays, stingrays, shovelnose guitarfish, and bald eagles.

No Wal-Mart, thank god, Wal-Mart wouldn't even fit in the town there, it's tiny.

My ol' lady and I went for the 1st time yesterday and absolutely loved it. What an awesome place. The snorkeling was perfect. Next time i'll be searching leopard sharks and rays until I get to see at least one.
