Gent and Brussels, two towns...

Everybody has heard of Brussels, but after that, most Americans would be hard pressed to name another city in Belgium, and Bruges doesn't count since that movie with Colin Farrell. Some new photographs from my recent trip there:

"Babies don't need a vacation, but I still see them at the beach... it pisses me off! I'll go over to a little baby and say 'What are you doing here? You haven't worked a day in your life!'" –Steven Wright

"There's a lot of talk of how damaging graffiti is and the destruction that happens with graffiti, but there's actually no damage. It all can be removed or painted over with a roller. So there's the media's idea of damage and destruction, this thing that's slightly askew. To me, if there's commercial jingles from the '70s or '80s that I remember and that are stuck in my head, that's damage to me. Like you're driving down the street and all of a sudden you're humming along to some commercial that you remember when you were a kid - to me that's far more damaging. The billboards are very subversive, and advertising is very subversive, whereas most of the stuff that's done on the street is very close to the truth. There's not so much subversion involved" – Barry McGee

"All women become like their mothers. That is their tragedy. No man does. That's his." – Oscar Wilde

"I don't mind that I'm fat. You still get the same money." – Marlon Brando

"And so we remained till the red of the dawn began to fall through the snow gloom. I was desolate and afraid, and full of woe and terror. But when that beautiful sun began to climb the horizon life was to me again." – Bram Stoker

"I like to behave in an extremely normal, wholesome manner for the most part in my daily life. Even if mentally I'm consumed with sick visions of violence, terror, sex and death." – Courtney Love

"If Jesus had been killed twenty years ago, Catholic school children would be wearing little electric chairs around their necks instead of crosses." – Lenny Bruce

Richard Dawkins quote is cool
Fuck, only 1000 of those books made. Oh well.

We don't know any other cities in Belgium, because they're all chocolate making faggots. Amerika is still better than those bullshit cuntrys. I let my flag fly free on my ATV vehicile when I slash the dunes and pour my motor oil on the beach. Large corporations and prefabricated life is the way to freedumb.

man I feel like a douche now for not knowing about the volcano. I stopped watching the news cause I felt most stories were either a waste, or depressing.
My copy of the book came today...it's super rad. awesome layout with all the different fold-outs. Nice job.
