A walk in London...

From Regent Street down Piccadilly along Green Park to Hyde Park Corner, then down Knightsbridge and Brompton roads to the Victoria and Albert museum, and finally the Serpentine Gallery. These photos are just a few from that walk.

In this photo you can see an inadvertent self-portrait. Busted!
A bunch of photos of the Cemetery of Reason opening and such...

Long leg blues.

Last photo got super hippie..

I like old people that share the same style with me.

Now I see your technique. You just snap the shot as your walking?
Have you ever had a bad photo on a roll? I doubt it.

I sometimes have a crooked eye, or color prints make some photos dull. More dull than what I saw with my eyes. That's what I hate about photography. I take photos of things I find attractive or appealing to my eye, but when the roll is developed, that one photo I knew would come out tubular, came out terrible, & bland.

I'm going to Arizona tomorrow morning with Carolyn & her mom, & will be there until Sunday. I'm gonna buy a roll or two of b&w film, & get them developed as soon as I get back. Or you can have your guy develop them & I can slip him a Lincoln.

I got a job at Smart & Final. My first paycheck is going to car insurance, then a roll a week. 20+ weeks.. Fuck.

Nice self portrait, seems like you were using your leica.

I try and take candid shots with my canon and people look at me like i shot off a canon

Any pointer for what? Photography? It's expensive these days to shoot film. Shoot nudes! The cheapest way to do film is learn how to develop your film yourself. It's pretty easy.

I totally knew what you were talking about in that first paragraph.

Looking forward to those films getting scanned and blogged,Jacob.
I remember when there used to only be film, Now when there's an event 20 photos are taken by everyone instead of only a couple by the people that really give a shit.

Mitch Hedburg is a funny comedian.

With my cell phone or digicam you walk by someone, point it in their direction, and shoot. As seen on this site http://jgonz4ever.tumblr.com/http://jgonz4ever.tumblr.com/http://jgonz4ever.tumblr.com/
You can't hide your nice camera, because that shit makes a shutter noise and it's hella big.

Its satisfying to get to look at the negatives of a roll you processed yourself
Its even more satisying to watch the prints gradually appear in the developer.

I have a few nudes in the rolls that I haven't developed.
Of Carolyn of course, i.e. shower, in the backyard. There may be one of me in an open robe.

Do you wanna teach me?
I'm like a sponge these days.
No school in over a year makes you want to learn everything about anything.

I should just get a job at a camera shop. Are there decent shops in/around HB?
