4th of July --- the digital stuff...

I mostly shot film, but here is a sample of 4th of July in HB. The B&W stuff won't get posted until mid-August or later because I'm off to Italy for a month.
6974img1740.JPG
Oliver gets his breakfast on. A smoothie and some roasted corn.
6974img1743.JPG
Lindsay gets some breakfast too.
6974img1747.JPG
Downtown HB is going off, but also it's somehow mellower than usual for the 4th. Notice the creep with the long lens shooting cleavage in the background.
6974img1750.JPG
Some skater dude hit a crack and shot his board right into Lindsays shin. Giving her her first legit "shinner," and a considerable amount of pain. Giving skaters a bad name bro, whoever you were. Although he did seem pretty bummed about it.
6974img1752.JPG
Whoa, look who showed up, it's Ashley B.
6974img1756.JPG
Pool session with Rob and Grant.
6974img1759.JPG
Deanna was probably shooting Grant's sweet abs.
6974img1761.JPG
The BBQ was fired up and corn was a-roastin'.
6974img1762.JPG
The ladies sit around and talk about basketball free angency.
6974img1763.JPG
People enjoyed food!
6974img1765.JPG
The kitchen was packed...
6974img1768.JPG
Grant and Ash share sweets...
6974img1769.JPG
Rob and Jackie wanted to 'Lady and the Tramp' some cake but found it quite hard.
6974img1771.JPG

6974img1778.JPG
The roof was accessed to better see the fireworks...
6974img1779.JPG

6974img1785.JPG

6974img1792.JPG
Austin had acquired some illegals from Indiana and was putting on a show for everyone.
6974img1796.JPG

6974img1797.JPG
Tobin Yelland was here too!
6974img1806.JPG
"Hey that landed on your neighbors roof!"
6974img1816.JPG
Then we played Picto-phone. Sweet Melissa hooked it up.
6974img1818.JPG
Deanna and Chrissy have sea creature jewellry.

Italy, already? No Toy summer tour action? The Economy? Ok. Winter tour?

I thought the guy in the first photo was Jacob, Sorry Jacob.

having a huge-ass lense is super good for taking photo of strangers.
My mom tripped on my board and got a shinner than got all mad at me. happens to me all the time, but,I guess her shins aren't used to the abuse.

Subject:GRANT
-Handome
-Takes photos,photographer
-Skateboards
Conclusion:Must ride for Toy machine.
jk

Ed,you hang out with cool people. No 40-60 year olds in sweatpants and XL Disney character tees. Or Inditas working the grill.
Apparently JONATHAN GEITER is into Grizzly Bears. The beard sealed the deal ;)

Wowie that's a helluva party. Ed gives me confidence for "shirt off pics". So sweet. Also- starting my own blog. Which is also good. My girl is way into owls and owl jewlery. so, I guess sea creature jewlery isn't so out there either. what's up with the sock team Ed??? Also do you still have that red hat from Heavy Metal days it says "minnesota: state of the cock" and you flip the camera off? super old, I know, but just wondering randomly as I type this.

my word captcha to post this is BEAGLE HANGED and I"m not even fucking around.

anyhow- your 4th was better than my own, which included a forty and Xbox Live sessions of zombie killing games (it rained here).

I saw some stuff exploding on the lake outside my window but didn't take pictures.

Also- Ed, I challenge you to air hockey, ANY DAY. ANY TIME. but not any place. I dont have money right now for a trip out to Huntington. but I will destroy you in air hockey for sure.
