it's been raining here for the past two weeks. Skate Gods save my wretched soul from this constant torment. Actually I was trying to skate the other day and I guess my ankle isn't as healed as I thought. How long do you guys usually wait for your rolled ankle to get better? it's been a little over a month for me with some little excercises.

@oversea- yeah I'm getting to my thirty mark in like five years and I already feel like it's getting hard for me day after day. . . I don't want to be an old man. this ankle injury is kinda freakin me out. I already had my quarter life crisis!

I have shame for my consumption of energy drinks from time to time. I'm just glad I'm not one of those guys who like wears a redbull hat and or have an energy drink tat.

i study international agriculture and this "green washing" business is all too apparent, for example, the Cargill ad with green pastures and well fed cows. Its even evident in Organic products, where companies have taken advantage of a this labelling system as a marketing scheme. So you think youre getting fresh food from a that small family farm romantized image in your head, but its still a gigantic monoculture (more like a factory) with one half of the farm using chemical fertilizers and the other half just using tons of manure (which is barely a "lesser evil.").

Transparancy is non existent these days. And like ed says, this is why hes totally vegan, but to also know that your vegetables and grains are produced in something more like an assembly line... is fucked. No escape.
