cool. the last photo is the eye-opener. literally...
I was at the musuem of modern art and the art haus in vienna, reading and looking at so much interesting stuff (rene burri photo exhibit, for instance). I thought about what you said, ed, in an interview about how going to europe and its museums made you (naively) inspired. i felt the same way, like, "fuck, if they can do it, so can i."

Mike,I think you're supposed to drink Gatorade when you puke too. Electrolytes or something.
I was looking at my Brother's cell phone. and saw that he had a photo of a Barry Mcgee show. You know, with the lumpy curvy wall. I asked my brother (who's home for the holidays) and he was like "Oh,I see that shit all the time". Now he knows who that is,I guess. He even watched Beautiful Losers and didn't recognize it. I thought that was funny.
I guess most normal people would say/comment "Why do you waste your film on these photos? He's not even saying "Cheese" in any of them"
When I was little,I didn't like saying Cheese. I didn't understand the purpose. You know, I would just make a weird grimace. But then my mom told me "It's so you'll smile in your photo". Later I thought about "Why are you smiling in the photo, if you weren't smiling already". I guess every kid doesn't like just sitting there/standing. Then again, You don't really have to anymore since there's Phone/Digi cams. On top of that all those fuckin cameras in stores and on intersections watching your fuckin ass. Time to get paranoid over the internet.
