Budapest, Hungary - part 10

More from our day of touristic walking.
7612img6545.JPG
There was a mass in progress in a church we ducked into. This church is on the banks of the Danube, and has been flooded many times.
7612img6546.JPG
It was well into January, but the Christmas trees and lights were still up in many of the churches.
7612img6547.JPG
The sights and smells of Christmas are beautiful in these old churches.
7612img6548.JPG
Three levels of lameness.

Budapests' answer to the Pont des Arts in Paris.
7612img6551.JPG
Just for Jgonz, a pervy statue.

David Blaine Kevin works his magic.
7612img6560.JPG
"I'm turtle-heading!"
7612img6562.JPG
A face by any other...     ...is just a face.
7612img6563.JPG
An awkward moment.

Preparing the wall text.
7612img6601.JPG
My good friend (Skater, Doctor, and Professor!) Hans-Peter from Vienna, Austria braved the two hour train to Budapest to see the show! This guy is amazing. And the only skater who is also a tenured professor!
7612img6603.JPG
Kevin finally found something to stick in his ass.
7612img6607.JPG
"Smell my finger."

7612img6609.JPG
"Pull my finger."
7612img6612.JPG
There is a new conservative government in Budapest, so I am told.

What does Professor Hans-Peter teach? I almost have a master's degree. halfway there. and in the university, when I tell people I skate, many people think its weird. They ask me if I skate that park "with all the little kids."

...needless to say, i'm not scoring points with the ladies because of it.

Parental Advisory for your Exhibition?
You're not a graffiti artist, you're a gangsta artist

I mostly introduce myself as a Tennispro.

At least that sign says Not SUGGESTED for under 18.Not like you can't get in like a movie theater or something.

Atheist that loves churches,or at least really appreciates architecture. You know, shit Atheists love like math.

Wedding,Tag,and self portrait? I'm not sure about lame, but all vain.

Mmmm, bewbie statue. I would have done a fat booty, you know. A tribute to Selena's fat booty.
For all you non-latinos:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkkqEnupioo

Or maybe a tribute to Diana Reyes' ass:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gluGt9Av4xE
Ignore the fat dude

Those little rails in the background look like a potential skate spot. You know, meet up by the boobs.

How do you die from a little blade on a rooster? You'd think you'd bring a hammer to one of those games in case you need to do the job yourself.

Padlock idea is really cute, but then you're gonna have to go back to Paris when you break up and unlock it. Then listen to the smiths on the plane ride and just cry the whole way. let your tears flow into the shitty microwave food.

Criss Angle is a bigger douchebag

Gate face looks like something from that Beatles movie, the cartoon one.

The artist of the statue was totally going for "Smell my finger"

Wow. Mike has a lot of TV paraphernalia

"therefore visiting the exhibition is not suggested under the age of 18!...if you're a nerd"

Argh! It's like that link that led me to 2girls one cup.
Sometimes I should consider the title of your blog jgonz...
What I really wanted to ask is: Ed, could this also happen to your exhibition in one of the more conservative states of the US? Or did people complain about your "dirty pictures" before?
I can't point my finger at Hungary, Austria had a very questionable rigth wing government for 8 years, have people learned from it? NO.
Posted By: ex royal on February 8th, 2011 at 01:35PM PST

Comment lost in yesterday's post
I'm fine with killing Jews but he blew up a castle, THAT DICK! But seriously that was a joke.

I have to do history project on a renaissance artist for history, Peter Paul Rubens. And a photoshop project featuring a piece of art. I'll be ruining some of your art, ed. I just need to find a picture with no penis, shouldn't be hard. Get it, no penis, shouldn't be hard. I'm so funny, jk, I'm stupid.

New comment
I'm learning about architecture in school, it's pretty cool. And about the guys that paint the ceiling of the churches. Painting a ceiling must be hard. Having paint drip on your face and some serious back pain. I hate not commenting a lot. Has anyone heard from Jacob.

Young Wizard needs to find new friends.

I guess American architecture is like plastic with a wooden frame. Whatevs.
I guess Jacob doesn't have a job and he wants to go backpacking over the summer. Message his nutz on Facebook.

First plastic house:

Jacob´s howling on the road.

Instant is the next step in evolution,
Instant was the digital photography of the 60´s & 70´s.
People´s impatience you know.
Posted By: S van on February 9th, 2011 at 04:14AM PST
I was thinking about instant photography and we're kinda in an instant age. You know, nobody likes to go get their photos printed or print them. So instant photography is pretty cool like that. Polaroid is blowing it. Fuji and Impodsible are killin it.
Posted By: Jgonzalez on February 9th, 2011 at 07:39AM PST
Posted that from the bus. Hell yeah, the future.
Posted By: Jgonzalez on February 9th, 2011 at 07:40AM PST
That IS the future JGonz.
Back then people were superlame and used to do homework on the bus;)

Well, sometimes the result of a developed digital picture is as disappointing as an instant is surprising in his result.
These LCD´s and previews are foolin.

Is Bruce Springsteen good or evil?

Jason Lee's got bank

Shit. For 25000, I'd say fuck it. Or whoever stole it can buy a new badass car. Hybrid,bee-otch.

Homework on the bus?
Now I technologically isolate myself.

Bet I'm gonna catch some dude watching porn, getting a fat boner at 40 mph and you can't do shit about it.Probably will end up being me.
